Summer Intern Program
If you’re a college student, our Summer Intern Program offers the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on work experience in an area related to your academic field of study or interest. Join us for ten weeks from late May to early August, to experience Ferring’s unique environment and culture.
Program Requirements:
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; college transcript required
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
- Complete and successfully pass all compliance modules
- Final presentation during week 10 of the program (mandatory)
- Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to the program start date.

During the 10-week program, summer interns will not only gain hands-on experience, but also acquire a holistic view of the pharmaceutical industry from clinical trials to manufacturing to product launch into the market. Throughout the program, summer interns participate in development sessions that include a product overview, manufacturing tour, meet and greet with the Ferring US President, networking opportunities with Ferring senior leaders, and more.
