National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW; April 19-25), founded in 1989 by RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Association, brings the fertility community together to raise awareness and reduce stigma about infertility, advocate for expanded and equitable access to care, and empower those navigating their own path to parenthood. Ferring is honored to join aspiring parents, healthcare professionals, and advocates to help shift the conversation — from educating the public to informing policymakers about the real impact of infertility and identifying actionable ways to support the many diverse fertility journeys.

NIAW is a powerful reminder of the support needed for the millions of individuals and couples navigating the challenges of infertility. This year’s theme, #MoreThan, reflects a simple but compelling truth: infertility is more than a single experience, with no one path or story that defines it. This is rooted in the fact that 1 in 6 people are impacted by infertility around the world – each with their own journey.
