Employee Resource Groups

At Ferring, you belong.

Our voluntary, employee-led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide our employees with valuable opportunities to connect with colleagues, network, develop professionally and make an impact. These inclusive organizations are typically formed based upon shared characteristics or life experiences, but all are welcome to join as allies even if they do not share the same characteristics.

Breaking Barriers, Building Families

One way we’re living this commitment is through the launch of our new initiative, Breaking Barriers, Building Families.

We believe that everyone deserves the chance to experience the profound joy of building a family. And for more than 50 years, this belief has fueled our passion for advancing fertility care. But, for far too many in underrepresented communities, parenthood remains particularly challenging.1

To help address this need, Breaking Barriers, Building Families was created based on the shared desire with others from across the community to help bring about change for aspiring parents in underrepresented communities.

Our first endeavor, the FertilityEquity™ e-Learning modules – created by Morehouse School of Medicine with support from Ferring Pharmaceuticals – are designed to educate healthcare professionals and fertility clinic staff about the importance of equitable, compassionate fertility care, particularly for Black women.
