Vice President, Corporate Affairs
Jade Shields leads the U.S. Corporate Affairs team, including government and external affairs, and communications.
He drives strategy and execution of federal and state government affairs, issue advocacy, and public policy engagement, focusing on increasing access and health equity to Ferring’s portfolio of products through government relations and advocacy work.
Previously, Jade held various roles at Ferring in the U.S. and globally spanning ethics and compliance; human resources; and privacy. Jade joined Ferring in 2010.
Jade has more than 20 years of experience working in the pharmaceuticals industry in the U.S. and globally in Europe, South America, and the Middle East.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Communications from Clark Atlanta University as well as certifications in leadership from the INSEAD International Business School; health care compliance from Seton Hall Law School; and finance from Wharton Executive Education.
