Vice President, Corporate Affairs

Jade is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Ferring Pharmaceuticals and a member of the U.S. Executive Leadership Team.

Under Jade’s direction, the Corporate Affairs department oversees critical functions including Government Affairs, External Affairs, Communications, and Corporate Relations activities, providing policy expertise, political engagement, and advocacy efforts that advance the organization’s goals.

Previously at Ferring, Jade has served as U.S. Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer and held global leadership roles as Vice President of Corporate Values, Vice President of Human Resources, has overseen the executive management of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and was Global Privacy Officer while based at Ferring’s global headquarters in St. Prex, Switzerland. He was responsible for the launch of Ferring’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, along with leading the landmark rollout of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon returning to the U.S. in 2022, he led Government Affairs and Public Policy for the company, where he set the company’s engagement strategy on important industry policy issues. His interdisciplinary experience provides an informed perspective about the interconnectedness of these functions and their importance in building a values-driven culture needed to fuel innovation and accelerate growth. Prior to joining Ferring, Jade was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Compliance and the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at PDI Inc. He also held senior roles at the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, leading business units in the U.S., Europe, South America, and the Middle and Far East.

Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and communications from Clark Atlanta University and certifications in leadership from INSEAD International Business School in Fontainebleau, France, and the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland, and has earned certifications in health care compliance and public policy from Seton Hall Law School and in finance and leading high-performance teams from the Wharton Avery Institute of Executive Education.

Jade is a Trustee of Meridian International Center. He is also a member of The Congressional Award Foundation’s Board of Directors, the Economic Club of Washington, D.C., and the Washington Heads of Office Leadership Council (WHOOLC). He served as the Governance Secretary to the Compliance and Ethics Committee of Ferring SA’s Board of Directors.
