Vice President, Specialty Care Business Unit
Lionel Fajolle is responsible for the Ferring Specialty Care Business Unit, encompassing treatments for both orthopaedics and gastroenterology therapeutic areas. Lionel has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in both U.S. and global markets, across a variety therapeutic areas. He joined Ferring in 2018 as leader of the Orthopaedics and Endocrinology Business Unit. In 2020, he assumed leadership of the Specialty Care Business Unit. Prior to Ferring, Lionel spent 20 years at Sanofi where he progressed through various sales and marketing leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Lionel holds a PharmD from University Paul Sabatier, Pharmacy School in Toulouse, and an MBA from the ESSEC Business School, Paris, France.
